Well, it looks like iTunes 7.4 is now available to download this morning. It was one of the things I was looking forward to the most yesterday, but when I visited Apple’s site, I was saddened to see the “Coming Soon” label on the top right hand corner of the page for ringtones. So, I got up this morning to study for my next Apple Certification test like all Apple Fanboys do and decided to check software updates since nothing had popped up when I opened iTunes. The install went fine, but I got an error the first time I plugged in my iPhone. Also, the phone disappears out of iTunes after about 3 or 4 minutes. I kept having to pull my phone out of the dock and putting it back in to get it to show up in iTunes.  Still working on the ringtone thing and will update you on that shortly.

I checked to see if there was an update for the iPhone, but as of right now it says the latest version is still the 1.0.2
